We needed to evolve Intel’s ‘oncue’ into its new Verizon guise Go90, and look at the fundamental problems facing FiOS, America’s third-largest TV platform.
Research led us to find an entry point at which we could transform the brand and service; one which would slot into its complex cycle of manufacture, installation and life with the consumer, which we then rolled out to consumer trials.
